of your project. After placing your design retainer
we will develop your project plans to meet the requirements
of your home, your taste, and your budget. Computer
aided drawings will be prepared to illustrate and communicate
your ideas. Product specification, estimating, and
purchasing are done for you with full documentation.
We work with a select few licensed builders who meet
the high standards we expect for our clients.
Rowen Design provides project coordination for remodeling
on each of our projects. We also provide interior design
consultation to finish other rooms, including Graber
window coverings, paint and wall covering, furniture,
and millwork.
Larger remodels involving additions are completed
with a construction team, which includes an architect,
and contractor.
